  1. Reduction in “emotional eating” as you get more in tune with your breathing and natural rhythms of your body

  3. Processed foods will lose their appeal
  4. Food generally will take on less of an importance you’ll “Eat to live, not live to eat”
  5. Eating becomes more pleasurable and not a “calorie counting “ exercise
